As part of our professional approach and dedication to the service we provide to our clients, it has always been important for us to offer reassurance to our customers that they are dealing with an accredited agent.

We are happy to have been members of SAFEagent (formally known as NALS) since we commenced trading in 2008.

Our Client Money Protection Policy is also administered with SAFEagent in order to give you added protection.

What does that mean for you?

All SAFEagent accredited firms are part of a Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme which offers recompense to tenants and landlords of rent, unprotected deposits or other client funds in the event that monies have been misappropriated or fraudulently used by a SAFEagent firm.

Legally every lettings and management agent from 1 April 2019 firms handling clients’ money are required to be part of a Government approved Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme in order to continue to trade.
